– A leading Local Authority based in the West Midlands who are after a class 2A+ RBI to help with mainly domestic plan checks

Role Overview
– An RBI position working fully remote to help with class 2A+ plan checks
– Offering fully remote plan checking
– Part time (15-22.5 hours a week)
– Up to £55 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out plan checks on class 2A+ projects
• Availability to respond to emails throughout the working day

Requirements: 
(Qualifications/ Skills & Experience)

• Professional qualifications by one the chartered institutes with a specialism in Building Control
• Minimum Class 2A Registration and Chartered with CIOB/ RICS/ CABE
