Company Overview

– A leading RBCA based in the South West who are after an RBI to help with inspections and plan checks in the Hampshire area

Role Overview
– An RBI position covering the Hampshire on an initial 3-6 month contract basis with a high view to extend
– Offering site inspection and plan checks
– Full time (37 hours a week)
– Up to £55 per hour (£5152 take home per month after all tax and deductions)

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out site inspections and plan checking
• Carry out enforcement of The Building Regulations and Building Act as necessary

Requirements: 
(Qualifications/ Skills & Experience)

• Professional qualifications by one the chartered institutes with a specialism in Building Control
• Minimum Class 2A Registration and Chartered with CIOB/ RICS/ CABE
