Role Overview
– An RBI position covering the Council’s area on an initial 3 month contract basis with a high view to extend
– Offering site inspection and plan checks
– Part time (3 days inspections)Â
– Up to £65 per hour
Key Responsibilities: 3-8 bullet points
– Speaking to clients in the area to ensure the full building regulation process is met
– Conducting site inspections and plan checks across the Council
– Working as part of a wider team of 5 Surveyors
Requirements: 3-8 bullet points
(Qualifications/ Skills & Experience)
– Class 2D RBI (would consider a lower registration)
– Experience with a Local Authority (desirable)
– Experience of team working
– Problem solving skills essential
