R&D Engineer – Machinery (Aerospace & Automotive)

We are an innovative engineering company developing advanced machinery primarily for the Aerospace and Automotive industries. To support continued growth, we are looking for an R&D Engineer to join our development team.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop new machines and subsystems from concept to testing
- Work on high-performance mechanical systems involving speed, force, and precision
- Analyze machine and sensor data to drive innovation
- Collaborate closely with engineering, testing, and production teams
What we’re looking for
- Master’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in machine or equipment design
- CAD experience (Python/Matlab is a plus)
- Strong analytical mindset with a practical, hands-on approach
- Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus)
