Role Overview
– An RBI position covering the areas of Bristol and Bath on an initial 6 month contract basis with a view to extend
– Offering site inspection and plan checks
– Full time (37 hours a week)
– Up to £55 per hour (£5352 take home per month after all tax and deductions)
Key Responsibilities: 3-8 bullet points
– Speaking to clients in the area to ensure the full building regulation process is met
– Conducting site inspections and plan checks across Bristol and Bath (some world in South Cotswold area)
– Working as part of a wider team of 8 Surveyors

– Class 2A+ RBI
– Experience with RBCA (desirable)
– Experience of team working
– Problem solving skills essential
