With a strong reputation for quality, safety, and technical excellence, they are expanding their on-site team in the North Netherlands to support a major civil and structural development.
Role Overview
The CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) Quality Manager will take ownership of all quality-related activities across civil, structural, architectural, roofing, and cladding packages on a large-scale infrastructure project.
This role is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the project Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring that all works are delivered in compliance with contractual specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
The successful candidate will work closely with project management, engineering teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to drive a proactive quality culture across the site.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all CSA quality assurance and quality control activities on-site.
Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP).
Oversee inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality documentation.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits across civil, structural, architectural, roofing, and cladding works.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and statutory regulations.
Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and root cause analysis processes.
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality procedures and documentation requirements.
Interface with client quality representatives and support external audits.
Maintain detailed quality records and reporting systems.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives and foster a strong quality culture across the project team.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in a CSA Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer role on large-scale civil, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects.
Strong background in civil works, reinforced concrete structures, structural steel, architectural finishes, roofing, and cladding systems.
Demonstrated experience implementing and managing project-level Quality Management Systems.
Solid understanding of European construction standards and QA/QC best practices.
Experience managing subcontractor quality performance on complex projects.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Available to work full-time on-site for the full contract duration.
