Role Overview
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that quality standards are consistently applied across production and operational processes. This role focuses on maintaining and improving the quality management system, monitoring product quality, and supporting production teams to achieve the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management
Monitor and control the application of quality rules, procedures, and work instructions across operations.
Maintain, validate, and continuously improve the quality assurance system.
Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and internal procedures.
Product Quality Control
Monitor the quality of incoming materials and components.
Support production teams by providing appropriate control and measurement equipment to ensure product quality.
Manage and maintain the stock of inspection, control, and measurement equipment.
Quality Documentation
Monitor, validate, and manage quality documentation for new, modified, or non-conforming products.
Ensure traceability and proper documentation within the quality management system.
Inspection & Support
Perform product inspections and provide technical support to quality controllers when required.
Identify quality issues and contribute to corrective and preventive actions.
Profile
Training in Quality, Safety, and Environment Management, or proven experience in an industrial environment (preferably mechanical engineering).
Familiarity with quality tools, methodologies, and audit techniques.
Good command of English.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage responsibilities effectively.
