As a Quality Engineer, you are the driving force behind ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. You translate quality standards into practical solutions, ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, and actively promote continuous improvement. From quality controls and audits to root cause analysis and process optimization, you make quality more than a requirement — you make it a key to success.
Your Responsibilities
Support and manage Quality Control departments by performing visual and dimensional inspections on incoming parts and quickly resolving non-conformities in line with product specifications.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and product specifications.
Register measurement results and deviations (NCRs) in the ERP system (SAP) and follow up on corrective actions.
Handle non-conformities and customer complaints using structured methodologies such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, and 8D.
Perform supplier audits domestically and internationally to evaluate quality systems and process reliability.
Actively contribute to internal process improvements and the implementation of a new optical measurement system.
Support internal and external audits and follow up on open actions (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and customer audits).
Your Profile / Qualifications
You are detail-oriented and analytical, with a strong drive to continuously improve quality processes. You know how to work in teams to solve problems structurally and sustainably, and you take a proactive approach to leading projects independently. Additionally, you bring:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanics or a comparable technical field (preferred).
Interest in developing as a Quality Engineer or Quality Coordinator within an industrial or manufacturing environment, with the ability to independently deliver projects.
Experience with technical audits, supplier evaluations, and ERP systems is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and a structured working approach.
A proactive mindset and the ability to manage projects autonomously.
