The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and comfortable challenging the status quo, while working closely with operators and production teams to solve quality issues at the root.

Work closely with production operators and team leaders to detect issues early and understand process deviations
Define, implement, and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Develop and track short-term containment actions and long-term structural solutions
Actively contribute to raising quality standards across production and processes
Challenge existing ways of working when needed, always with a focus on improvement
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented actions and ensure sustainable results
Support audits, internal quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
Communicate clearly with stakeholders across Quality, Production, Engineering, and Management
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a Quality Engineer or similar quality role within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Root Cause Analysis tools (e.g. 5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto)
Solid experience managing CAPA processes and follow-ups
Comfortable working on the shop floor and engaging directly with operators
Ability to challenge constructively and influence without authority
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
