Objective:
In this role, you will support the Quality Manager in managing, developing, and improving the Integrated Management System (IMS). Your focus will be on internal audits, administration, communication, and the development of policy concepts. Together, we ensure that the quality systems and processes within our organization meet the highest standards and continue to improve.
Job Responsibilities:
Audit and follow-up: You plan and organize internal audits, carry them out, and ensure clear follow-up of any improvement points. You maintain oversight of corrective and preventive actions.
Non-conformities & reporting: You ensure efficient task follow-up with realistic deadlines for the respective owners.
Change management & quality assurance: You support changes in processes and systems and monitor the implementation of quality improvements.
Policy development: Together with the Quality Manager, you develop policy concepts and prepare clear reports. You identify improvement opportunities and formulate actions to implement them.
Training and communication: You organize internal information sessions and training courses to raise colleagues’ awareness of quality objectives and standards.
Collaboration: You maintain contacts with various departments within the organization to exchange information and promote cooperation.
Stakeholder management: You act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding quality-related matters.
Your Talents:
You do not need extensive experience with quality systems and standards, but you do have a strong foundation in Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. You quickly learn new software and are able to work independently with our systems after a short training period.
You are communicative, take initiative, and feel comfortable engaging in conversations with colleagues at different levels.
You know how to convince people and stand your ground.
You are analytically strong and can communicate fluently in both Dutch and English.
You are proactive and not afraid of a challenge. You can handle resistance and work in a structured manner.
Knowledge of ISO standards or experience in the logistics sector? Definitely a plus!
