1. System Management & Administrative Assurance (Focus: Office)
Documentation:
You actively participate in setting up and managing our quality system.
You write and update procedures, work instructions and registration forms.
You draw up technical data sheets and keep customer specifications up-to-date.
Analysis & Reporting: You prepare analyses, process the data from quality checks and help prepare reports.
Action planning:
You feed and manage the central action list based on input from the shop floor and audits.
You provide a clear overview of outstanding points.Complaint handling:
You are responsible for the administrative handling of complaints and the preparation of the necessary action plans.Audit preparation:
You support the Quality Manager in the (administrative) preparation of internal and external audits.
2. Operational Control & Implementation (Focus: Shop Floor)
Controls:
You carry out the planned GMP checks and quality checks (measuring, weighing, visual).Sampling:
You are responsible for carrying out the sampling according to the predetermined plan.Follow-up:
You follow up on whether the registrations on the shop floor are completed correctly and consistently. Both for production and cleaning.Implementation:
You will help implement and enforce corrective actions. You are the person who ensures that the decided and implemented actions actually land in practice.
· Bachelor’s degree in working and thinking level, preferably in nutrition, administration or quality.
· Experience in a food company is a plus.
· Knowledge of quality systems (HACCP, IFS) is a must.
· You are an organizational talent who navigates just as smoothly between Excel sheets and production lines.
· You combine analytical accuracy with a practical, hands-on approach.
· You work accurately, can complete tasks individually, but also work very strongly within a team.
· You are a strong communicator and, together with the Quality Manager, form a bridge between different departments.
