Job Title: Junior Quality Controller
Job Description
Due to the continuous growth of the business, we are looking for a Junior Quality Controller to support our Quality team in ensuring high product and process standards within a food production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality checks on the shop floor to ensure products comply with quality, safety and hygiene standards
Monitor production processes and report any non-conformities
Support the implementation and follow-up of quality procedures and specifications
Work regularly with customers, addressing quality-related questions or issues
Assist with internal audits, documentation and quality records
Collaborate closely with production, operations and quality teams
Profile Required
Junior-level profile (recent graduate or first professional experience in quality, food science or a related field)
Fluent in French (spoken and written)
Good level of English (spoken and written)
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Attention to detail, structured approach and willingness to learn
Comfortable working on the shop floor in a production environment
