Maintain and update QA documentation: procedures, work instructions, forms, and technical sheets.
Support the preparation of internal and external audits (HACCP, IFS, BRC, customer audits).
Analyse quality data and prepare reports for management review.
Manage the corrective and preventive action (CAPA) process and follow up on open points.

Receive, register, and analyse customer complaints.
Investigate root causes in collaboration with production and supply chain.
Communicate findings and corrective actions internally and to customers.
Track complaint trends and propose preventive improvements.

Monitor daily production and cleaning records for accuracy and completeness.
Conduct sampling for microbiological and analytical testing.
Support operators and team leaders in implementing corrective actions and maintaining food safety standards.
