QHSE Engineer (Engineering & Compliance)
Location: West Flanders, Belgium (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Overview
We are supporting a growing engineering-focused organisation experiencing an increase in project workload. They are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support both technical project delivery and internal compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination (50%)
- Coordinate marine surveying activities, including geotechnical and aerial survey scopes
- Support planning, scheduling, and execution of survey operations
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Track project progress, deliverables, and timelines
- Ensure smooth communication and documentation across projects
Compliance & Administration (50%)
- Support the administration and maintenance of ISO 27001 processes
- Assist with documentation, audits, and internal compliance tracking
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to information security standards
- Maintain and update relevant compliance records and systems
Requirements
- Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in project coordination or similar roles
- Experience supporting engineering or technical project environments
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 or similar compliance frameworks
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
