Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA Validation Specialist to provide immediate support across QA and validation activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide QA and validation support across multiple concurrent projects
• Support and oversee pharmaceutical packaging and production lines
• Review and approve documentation (protocols, reports, SOPs, deviations, CAPAs)
• Coach and mentor QA and validation team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and quality improvements
Requirements
• Proven experience within QA in the pharmaceutical or food industry
• Strong background in validation (processes, equipment, cleaning, etc.)
• Experience with packaging and production environments is a plus
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
Essential
• Hands-on QA experience in regulated environments
• Solid validation expertise across multiple domains
Desirable
• Experience in pharmaceutical packaging and production
• Dutch language skills
Additional Information
• Location: North Brabant (hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 remote)
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: Project-based (extension possible)
• Availability: 40 hours per week
• Contract type: Freelance / ZZP
