Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced QA Test Automation Lead to join a long-term project for a leading manufacturing client in Brussels. This role is pivotal in defining and implementing a robust test strategy, leading QA teams, and ensuring adherence to quality standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy aligned with project goals.
• Lead and mentor QA teams, ensuring best practices and standards are consistently applied.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality objectives and deliverables.
• Oversee the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts.
• Ensure continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.
• Provide regular reporting on test progress, coverage, and quality metrics.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Test Automation Lead in complex projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium.
• Solid understanding of Java (beneficial but not mandatory).
• Expertise in test strategy development and team leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch (mandatory).
• Ability to work 2 days per week onsite in Brussels.
