Requirements
- QA Supervisor experience on civil construction projects
- Fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
- EU passport / right to work in the EU
- Strong IT skills (QA systems, digital reporting, Microsoft Office)
- Solid process management background
- Concrete experience is a bonus
Key tasks
- Supervise quality assurance activities on the road civil works and tunnel construction
- Implement and monitor QA procedures, inspection and test plans (ITPs) across site activities
- Carry out and coordinate inspections, checks and testing, including concrete works
- Manage non-conformance reports and drive corrective actions through to close-out
- Maintain QA documentation, records and digital reporting
- Liaise with the client, subcontractors and site teams on quality requirements
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, Belgian/EU standards and contract requirements
- Support audits and continuous improvement of site processes
