What does the job involve?
As a Quality Officer, you are an essential link in our quality management system. Your responsibilities include, among others:
Independently following up on study events and reporting on them
Reviewing quality documents and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Preparing audits and inspections
Supporting the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Quality Lead
Promoting a quality-oriented mindset within the team and developing related training programs
Organizing annual refresher training sessions within your department
Managing the document management system and archiving quality documents
What do we expect from you?
You have a degree in bio(chemistry), pharmacy, or a similar field
You have at least 3 years of experience in a quality-related role and knowledge of relevant quality standards (ISO 17025, GLP, GCP, GDP, FCA, etc.)
You are administratively strong and have a hands-on mentality
You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team
