What Are We Looking For?
As a Quality Coordinator, you are responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our Quality Management System (QMS). You play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulations (GDP – Good Distribution Practices) and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Developing, implementing, and maintaining the QMS in line with applicable ISO standards and other relevant regulations.
Coordinating and carrying out internal audits, as well as supporting external audits.
Managing quality documentation and ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of quality records.
Investigating quality issues and complaints, defining corrective actions, and monitoring their implementation.
Training and coaching employees on quality awareness and procedures.
Collaborating with other departments to integrate quality initiatives into daily operations.
Reporting on the status and progress of quality objectives to the management team.
Your Profile
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (pharmacy, biochemistry, chemistry, biotechnology, etc.).
You have relevant experience in a quality assurance role within the pharmaceutical industry or a similarly regulated environment.
You have knowledge of quality management systems and relevant regulations (such as GDP, ISO 9001; GMP is a plus).
You are flexible and able to efficiently divide your time between the assigned sites.
You work in a highly structured manner and solve problems by setting the right priorities.
You are comfortable working with a wide range of digital systems.
