- Manage and enhance the technical environment: Windows servers, Docker-based runtimes, and scheduling pipelines.
- Design systems with scalability, robustness, and long-term maintainability in mind.
- Work with business teams to understand workflows, exceptions, and process variations, translating them into resilient automation logic.
- Implement strong governance features such as auditability, traceability, and access controls.
- Maintain clear documentation of scripts, services, dashboards, and architecture decisions.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the automation team.

Your Profile
- Solid Python engineering background, ideally with an emphasis on automation or scripting.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience building front-end dashboards using React (or similar frameworks).
- Familiarity with containerisation, especially Docker, and with job scheduling/orchestration tools.
- Experience working with Windows-based automation ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of software quality practices: version control, testing, CI/CD.
- Background in RPA or automation in financial, tax, or accounting environments is a plus.
- Ability to own technical deliverables end-to-end, from design to release.
- Understanding of workflow modelling and process optimisation.
- Awareness of governance and compliance needs (e.g., audit trails, data minimisation, ISO 27001 principles).
- Strong communication skills in English, plus full working proficiency in either Dutch or French.
- Collaborative, client-oriented approach, with the confidence to work autonomously when needed.
Â
The Offer
- A full-time hybrid role in Zaventem with a stable financial organisation.

- Up to €6.5k for experienced candidates – interview process dependent.
- Full benefits package including mobility options.
- A role that blends process automation, technology, and financial operations.
- A supportive environment that values teamwork, transparency, and open communication.
- Opportunities to work closely with both technical peers and client-facing teams, directly influencing how the organisation delivers value.
