Prosecutions Lawyer

I am currently working with a Local Authority client who is currently on the market for a Regulatory and prosecutions specialist to join the team!

Current caseload consists of: 
– Enforcement.
– Licensing inclusive of; Taxi, Premises and Liqueur.
– Health and Safety. 
– Fly-tipping. 
– Education and SEND Tribunal work. 

Requirements:
– The ability to attend for court on a monthly basis.
– Hold a current practising certificate. 

Renumeration: 
– £50-60 per hour.
