Vivid are working with a Local Authority in the South West of England who are looking for a locum Property Lawyer to come into their team and assist with a variety of commercial property matters, with a focus on land and asset transfers.
The Role
- Commercial Property LawyerÂ
- Main task is to complete the transfer of land and assets from town and parish councils to the local authority
- Other general commercial property matters
- 12 month initial contract
- Remote workingÂ
This Local Authority is currently working with town and parish councils in their area to transfer land and assets to the council. This is estimated to take at least 12 months so has long term potential. They would also want someone to be able to assist with general commercial property matters when there is a lull in the transfers. Some of the documents to be transferred are S.106s so if you have experience with them that will benefit your application.
