We are working with a local authority’s growing legal team in the North West of England who are looking for an experienced locum commercial property solicitor to join their team for a January start date!
The role would require office presence once a week for signing and sealing, the rest of the the position is fully remote.
The role:
- Full time hours
- 6 month initial contract, with the option to roll-over
- Hybrid working arrangement (once a week/fortnight in the office for sealing documents)
- Rate: £50-60ph depending on candidate experience
- Must have prior and extensive local authority experience
- Must have experience with landlord and tenant, disposals, and lease extensions.
