Role: Projectleider – Long-Term Freelance (m/f/x)
Your Mission
As Projectleider (Project Manager) you’ll own the tactical and operational delivery of key construction projects, ensuring execution is safe, on schedule, within quality standards, and aligned with client expectations.
Project Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate project execution from site opening through completion
Act as the main on-site manager, aligning subcontractors, suppliers, and craft teams
Drive daily construction planning and quality control
Oversee site logistics and ensure compliance with building standards and permits
Maintain integration of architects, engineers, clients, and inspectors throughout the project lifecycle
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary contact for clients and architects
Provide clear reporting and documentation (progress, site meetings, issue logs)
Facilitate coordination meetings with all stakeholders
Team Leadership
Motivate on-site execution teams, including subcontractors and specialists
Ensure clarity around daily work packages and safety priorities
Budget & Schedule
Monitor project timelines and flag risks early
Support cost tracking and assist preparation of invoicing input with the office team
Your Profile
You are ideally a freelance Projectleider / Project Manager with:
✔ Proven experience in construction project leadership at site level
✔ Comfortable leading teams (workers, subcontractors, specialists)
✔ Strong planner with proactive problem-solving skills
✔ Fluent Dutch (written & spoken), good English; additional French is a plus
✔ Motivated by long-term engagement starting January 2026
✔ Flexible freelance availability and ready for on-site coordination
