Vivid are currently recruiting for a Project Manager within the Development team at one of our Housing Association clients in the East Midlands.
You will be instrumental in assisting the identification, procurement and delivery of new development schemes. This will include project managing individual development schemes from inception to completion and throughout the full defects liability period.

You will be responsible for assisting in identifying and then acquiring land and property, as well as providing effective contract management and financial control across various projects for all different tenures.
You will manage a range of projects that are focused on delivering development schemes across the Housing Association operates, ensuring there are arrangements for the provision of affordable housing within these schemes.
In this senior role you will have responsibility to specify and deliver programme plans and manage the day-to-day operations of the projects you supervise. You will have full project management responsibility and will be expected to carefully manage programme expenditure in accordance with the programme budget and in line with funding procedures.

- Representing the HA and liaising with external stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth project delivery
- Risk management
- Ensure stakeholder compliance with regulations and procedures
- Making sure projects and sustainable and income streams are developed to ensure long term investment
- Negotiation and communications skills are also key
