PROJECT MANAGER – BRUSSELS REGION (BELGIUM) – PERMANENT POSITION
We’re currently recruiting a Project Manager who will permanently join a leading industrial installation company dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions for diverse clientele.
They are specialized in complex installations and maintenance across various sectors, and leverage their expertise to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing industrial installation projects from inception through to completion.
You will be responsible for visiting customer sites to inspect existing installations, making technical recommendations, and managing the entire project lifecycle with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Your role will involve coordinating with service technicians, ensuring smooth rollouts, and providing follow-up support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of existing installations and assess customer needs to provide informed technical propositions.
- Develop and present detailed technical recommendations and project plans to meet customer requirements and optimize system performance.
- Oversee the execution of installation projects, coordinating with service technicians and ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project.
- Manage the rollout of new installations, ensuring seamless integration and performance. Provide ongoing support and follow-up to address any post-installation issues or modifications.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and completion reports.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Advanced knowledge in hydraulics, configurations, and electrical systems is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in project management within the industrial installation sector. Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, business development, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong technical background with a good understanding of industrial systems, electrical configurations, and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
