About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver pipeline and sewer renovation projects across Belgium and the Netherlands.
You’ll oversee multiple short-duration projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills — balancing strategic project planning with hands-on field coordination.
You will collaborate closely with on-site teams and Site Managers, while managing client relationships, budgets, and schedules from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of project delivery — from planning, mobilization, and execution through to close-out.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Supervise and support Site Managers to ensure daily operations run efficiently.
Review and validate permits, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Monitor progress, quality, and safety performance across multiple sites.
Prepare financial reports, progress updates, and invoices.
Anticipate and mitigate project risks and delays.
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the project portfolio.
Requirements
Fluent Dutch is mandatory (spoken and written).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within pipeline, civil, or infrastructure renovation.
Proven track record managing multiple simultaneous sites.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Sound understanding of construction and safety regulations in Belgium and/or the Netherlands.
Proficiency with project management software and documentation tools.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Belgium and the Netherlands.
