Product Designer (UX/UI) – 6 Month Contract – Fully Remote

Project context

As a UX/UI Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between user insights, design patterns, and business objectives, transforming complex problems into intuitive and effective user experiences. In this position, you will work in close partnership with user research, content design, product management, engineering, and data teams.

Our Product Designers thrive on rapid iteration and experimentation. You will drive the team to create more impactful experiences by providing actionable feedback, refining team processes, and upholding our culture and quality standards.

Goals and deliverables

1. Work closely with the wider team and establish quarterly commitments and priorities based on requirements within the teams
2. Collaborate with the product designer in the team to create a consistent design and UX across our CRM triggers (email)
3. Think outside the box to just also delivering our email triggers. We work across the customer life cycle. Collaborate, create key points and back up your thinking and approach.
4. Feed into the design manager and key stakeholders progression on work, designs and articulate work to a wider audience
