Procurement and Contracts Manager

We are working with a Birmingham based Housing Association on the recruitment for a permanent Procurement and Contracts Manager.

  • Permanent
  • Minimum of 3x days onsite in the Birmingham office
  • Experience working with Housing Associations is preferred but not essential
  • CIPS Qualifications is a bonus but not essential

The procurement and Contracts Manager will be a somewhat stand-alone role reporting into the Asset Management Director and will be responsible for driving process, policy and system improvements, keeping the contract register up to date and building relationships and rapport with the internal team as well as contractors and suppliers.
