Overview
We are supporting a leading food manufacturing business in the Halle region in their search for a Process Expert with strong food manufacturing experience.
This is a hands-on role focused on optimising production processes, improving efficiency, and supporting ongoing operations within a high-volume industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Optimise and improve production processes across the site
Provide technical expertise on processing (mixing, refining, conching, tempering, moulding, etc.)
Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency gains
Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous operations
Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams
Support scale-up, trials, and potential product/process changes
Ideal Profile
10–15+ years’ experience in food manufacturing
Strong understanding of end-to-end processing
Proven experience in process optimisation within industrial environments
Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced production setting
Fluent in English and/or French
