For a client in the banking sector, we are looking for a Junior–Medior Process Analyst to support and optimize end-to-end business processes within an agile environment.
The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and capable of working autonomously while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders across departments. You will play a key role in analyzing, documenting, and improving operational and business processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and document end-to-end banking processes
Identify inefficiencies and propose structured improvement initiatives
Develop clear action plans and ensure proper follow-up
Work closely with various departments
Actively engage stakeholders and ensure alignment
Proactively ask questions and challenge existing workflows when needed
Work within an agile environment and follow established methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
Ensure processes are compliant with internal standards and regulatory requirements
Model and maintain processes in ARIS (experience with Visio is a strong plus)
Profile & Skills
2–5 years of experience in process analysis, preferably within the banking or financial services sector
Strong analytical mindset and structured way of working
Autonomous and independent worker
Proactive, hands-on attitude
Experience in stakeholder management
Familiar with agile ways of working
Experience with process modeling tools (ARIS preferred; Visio is a plus)
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English and either French or Dutch
