Identify affordable PRS properties, negotiate terms with landlords and agents, verify compliance, and perform in‑depth affordability assessments.
Manage payments and provide financial guidance
Arrange timely DWP payments to landlords, and offer clients bespoke budgeting, money‑management, and debt‑advice support.
Support clients to sustain tenancies
Assess suitability for PRS housing, provide hands‑on tenancy support, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to resolve tenancy issues.
Expand our accommodation network
Source new landlords and accommodation providers, organise transport for placements, build relationships with prospective landlords, and advocate for client households.
About you:
Proven experience developing PRS models, drafting procedures, implementing monitoring/reporting systems, and designing incentive packages for landlords.
Skilled negotiator with experience securing affordable housing and ensuring compliance.
Strong financial awareness, with hands-on ability to analyse affordability and guide clients on budgeting and debt.
Excellent communicator and collaborator-adept at coordinating with colleagues, landlords, clients, and external agencies.
