Our Devon-based client is now recruiting for a Locum Private Client Solicitor to join them as soon as possible on an initial 3-month contract whilst hiring on a permanent basis.
We are seeking a solicitor with lots of estate administration experience, and ideally a broad range of private client experience from wills, LPAs to support a busy and varied caseload.Â
Key responsibilities:
Manage your own caseload of private client matters, with a focus on estate administration.
Draft and advise on wills and lasting powers of attorney.
- Maintain excellent client care and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ PQE in Private Client work.
Strong experience in estate administration is essential.
- Broader experience in wills, LPAs, and general private client work is highly desirable.
- ​​​​​​​Trusts experience desireable but not essential
Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Able to attend the Devon office at least one day per week.
