Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority’s growing legal team in the North West of England who are looking to hire a senior adult-care and SEN solicitor on a 3 month rolling contract to cover a round of permanent recruitment,
This post can be offered on a fully remote basis.
Some details of the assignment:
– Drafting s21As and s16s,
– Handling a full caseload of SEN appeals and exclusions autonomously,
– Any experience covering JRs or transportation disputes would be welcomed,
– Have prior experience working within a local authority setting.
Candidates would ideally be in a position to commence the role during the week of 5th January – there can be some flexibility in this.
