The role –
-Identifying and assessing potential housing sites to support local development needs.
-Liaising with neighboring authorities to ensure cohesive planning strategies.
-Providing expert planning policy advice to influence decision-making and long-term growth.
What we’re looking for:
-Proven experience in local authority planning policy or similar roles.
-Strong understanding of housing delivery frameworks and planning –legislation.
-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
