Job Description

Locum Planning Solicitor – Remote Working – up to £65 per hour – 6 months

Vivid Resourcing are recruiting for a Locum Planning Solicitor to join an excellent Public Sector Organisation in the South East.

This assignment will be for an initial period of 6 months subject to likely possible extension thereafter. The ideal candidate would work full-time on a remote working basis.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority and will have a broad working understanding of contracts and procurement to deal with a varied caseload.

Duties may include:

• Drafting and negotiating S106 agreements
• Attending remote planning committees once per month
• Providing planning advice
• Supporting the principal solicitor
• Providing support to junior staff
