Vivid Resourcing are working with a local authority in the North East who are looking for a locum planning solicitor to join their team for 3 days per week.
The successful candidate will be covering a maternity leave and have the chance to work fully remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- s106s, s278s, s38s, biodiversity net gain, planning enforcements
- Support and mentor more junior members advice
- Provide general advice to the client departments
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor, or legal executive
- Previous local authority planning expereince
Desirable (not essential):
- Ability to attend the office sporadically
- Attend committeesÂ
