Vivid are currently working with a local authority in the North West to source a locum solicitor to join their planning team. The successful candidate would be able to work fully remotely except for the once a month committees.
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Drafting and reviewing s106 and s278 agreements
- Attending committees once a month
- Provide planning adviceÂ
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor or barrister or legal executive
- Ability to work remoteley
- Previous local authority experience preferred
