– Job Title: Planning Officer (Householder & Complex Minor Applications)
– Location: Blackburn Area (Hybrid: 1-2 days per week office presence)
– Rate: £35 – £45 per hour (DOE)
– Contract: 3-Month Initial Contract with Potential for Extension
– Start Date: ASAP
