Planning and highways Solicitor

One of my Local Authority clients is on the market for a remote planning and highways solicitor to join their team on an interim basis!

The role: 
– 3 month initial contract. 
– Rate of between £55-60ph dependant on experience. 
– Remote working. 

Requirements: 
– Must have expeirence when it comes to handling S.106 agreements and S.37/278 agreements. 
– Must have expeirence working in local government.
