🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your experience level, you will:
Assess development and planning applications in line with statutory requirements.
Shape and deliver strategic planning policies and urban growth frameworks.
Provide planning advice to stakeholders, communities, and decision-makers.
Collaborate across disciplines, with developers, councils, and government agencies.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development (senior/associate roles).
✅ What We’re Looking For
A qualification in Urban/Town Planning or related field (e.g., Geography, Urban Design).
Eligibility for, or membership with, a recognised planning institute (e.g., RTPI).
Passion for sustainable, inclusive, and well-designed places.
Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Proven experience in statutory and/or strategic planning (for mid to senior roles).
