We are currently seeking enthusiastic and committed Town Planners at all levels to help deliver a broad range of exciting planning projects, from strategic frameworks to complex development assessments.

We’re hiring for multiple roles across the planning spectrum:

  • Graduate / Assistant / Town Planners – Ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals.

  • Senior Planners – For experienced planners ready to lead projects and guide others.

  • Principal Planners – For high-level technical experts with strategic foresight.

  • Associate Planners – For seasoned professionals ready to influence policy, strategy, and leadership.


🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your experience level, you will:

  • Assess development and planning applications in line with statutory requirements.

  • Shape and deliver strategic planning policies and urban growth frameworks.

  • Provide planning advice to stakeholders, communities, and decision-makers.

  • Collaborate across disciplines, with developers, councils, and government agencies.

  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development (senior/associate roles).


What We’re Looking For

  • A qualification in Urban/Town Planning or related field (e.g., Geography, Urban Design).

  • Eligibility for, or membership with, a recognised planning institute (e.g., RTPI).

  • Passion for sustainable, inclusive, and well-designed places.

  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.

  • Proven experience in statutory and/or strategic planning (for mid to senior roles).
