The Role
We are seeking a motivated and commercially aware Town Planner to join our Ruislip office. Reporting to the Senior/Planning Manager, you will play a vital role in securing planning permissions and supporting the delivery of high-quality residential schemes across the region.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support planning applications from initial appraisal through to determination.
Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and pre-application enquiries.
Liaise with local authorities, consultants, landowners, and key stakeholders.
Coordinate and review technical reports (e.g., transport, ecology, heritage, viability).
Monitor local planning policy and emerging development frameworks.
Support land acquisition by providing planning appraisals and strategic advice.
Attend committee meetings and public consultations as required.
Assist in managing planning conditions and Section 106 agreements.
About You
Degree qualified in Town Planning or related discipline.
MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership.
Previous experience in a planning role (housebuilding or consultancy preferred).
Strong understanding of the UK planning system, particularly within London/Greater London.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Commercially aware with strong organisational abilities.
Full UK driving licence (desirable).
