About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive Town Planner to join our team. You’ll support a range of planning projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, helping clients navigate the UK planning system.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit planning applications
Undertake site appraisals and policy reviews
Provide planning advice to clients and stakeholders
Liaise with local authorities and consultees
About You:
Degree in Town Planning or related field
MRTPI or working towards chartership
Strong knowledge of UK planning system
Excellent communication and report writing skills
