Are you an ambitious Town Planner looking to work on some of London’s most exciting and high-profile development projects? Our client, a respected and fast-growing planning consultancy based in central London, is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Town Planner to join their team.

About the Role:
As part of the consultancy’s planning team, you’ll manage a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments for a diverse client base, including developers, landowners, investors, and local authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit high-quality planning applications, appeals, and representations
Provide planning advice to clients on development potential and policy strategy
Undertake site appraisals and prepare planning statements and design & access statements
Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local planning authorities
Monitor emerging policy and assist in shaping responses and strategy accordingly
Attend and speak at planning committees and public consultation events as required
What We’re Looking For:
RTPI-accredited degree and working towards or holding MRTPI status
At least 2 years’ experience in a consultancy, developer, or local authority planning role
Sound knowledge of the UK planning system, particularly within Greater London
Strong project management and communication skills
A commercial mindset and client-focused approach
