Role Overview
We are working with a Local Authority in Staffordshire that are looking for an interim Planned Maintenance Surveyor.
What you need:
- Experience in planned maintenance as you will be delivering large scale programmes.
- Experience in adaptations such as kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors.
- Familiar with asset management.
- HNC qualification or equivalent social housing experience.
- Able to undertake stock condition surveys
What you will be doing:
- Working in the office 4 days/week – 1 day at home.
- Coordinating with the Building Safety team.
- External works.
- Retrofits.
- Planned maintenance with social housing.
What you will receive:
- Hourly rate dependent on candidate.
- 6-month initial contract with possibility for extension.
- An immediate start.
