Planned Maintenance Surveyor

Role Overview

We are working with a Local Authority in Staffordshire that are looking for an interim Planned Maintenance Surveyor.

What you need:

  • Experience in planned maintenance as you will be delivering large scale programmes.
  • Experience in adaptations such as kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors.
  • Familiar with asset management.
  • HNC qualification or equivalent social housing experience.
  • Able to undertake stock condition surveys
What you will be doing:
  • Working in the office 4 days/week – 1 day at home.
  • Coordinating with the Building Safety team.
  • External works.
  • Retrofits.
  • Planned maintenance with social housing.
What you will receive:
  • Hourly rate dependent on candidate.
  • 6-month initial contract with possibility for extension.
  • An immediate start.
