Job Title: Personal Injury Solicitor
Location: Devon, England
Start Date:Â Anytime between now and December 2025
A Devon based client is now recruiting for a Locum Personal Injury Solicitor to join them from this December for an initial period of 3-months whilst they hire on a permanent basis.
This role is a broad caseload of claimant personal injury matters including – RTA, EL/PL, Multi-track and Fast-track cases.
Key responsibilities:
Manage your own caseload of claimant personal injury files from instruction to settlement.
Prepare cases for litigation where required.
- Maintain excellent client care and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in Personal Injury (Claimant).
Proven experience handling RTA, EL, PL, and both Fast-Track and Multi-Track claims.
Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Able to attend our Devon office one day per week.
