Context
For a critical assignment, we are urgently looking for an experienced Palo Alto Networks expert. The organization has been searching and is facing concrete business impact due to the lack of this expertise.
This is a high-impact role in which you are expected to deliver value immediately. There is flexibility regarding on-site presence, but seniority and hands-on expertise are essential.
The role
As a Palo Alto Networks expert, you will take ownership of the design, configuration, and optimization of the security infrastructure, with a strong focus on Palo Alto solutions. You will work closely with IT and security stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on configuration and management of Palo Alto firewalls
- Troubleshooting complex network and security issues
- Optimization of security policies, performance, and availability
- Support during incidents and changes
- Advising on best practices and security architecture
- Collaboration with internal teams and, where applicable, external partners
Your profile
- 5–10 years of experience with Palo Alto Networks (expert level)
- Strong hands-on skills: configuration, troubleshooting, optimization
- Experience in enterprise environments
- Ability to make an immediate impact in a critical context
- Available at short notice
- Languages: English required (French/Dutch is a plus)
