Palantir Lead

.

We are looking for a Palantir Lead to drive the delivery of enterprise scale data and analytics solutions within a complex, data-rich environment.

This role will lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Foundry solutions, working across data engineering, ontology development, and application delivery. You will act as a technical lead, guiding engineers while partnering with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Palantir Foundry solutions across

ingestion, transformation, and application layers

• Build and optimize data pipelines using PySpark, Pipeline Builder, and Code

Repositories

• Develop and maintain ontology models (object types, relationships, business

logic) using Typescript

• Design and deliver end-user applications using Foundry tools (e.g., Workshop,

Slate, Application Builder)

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable data models and

analytics solutions

• Oversee data warehouse design and architecture, ensuring alignment with

enterprise standards

• Implement frameworks for data ingestion, validation, audit, logging, and

reconciliation

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve

platform reliability

• Ensure solutions comply with internal governance and external regulatory

requirements

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, including guidance

on ETL design and best practices

• Act as a key point of contact between technical teams and business

stakeholders

Required Experience & Skills:
• Strong experience with Palantir Foundry, including:

o Data ingestion & integration

o Data transformation (PySpark, Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories)

o Ontology development (Typescript)

o Application development within Foundry

• Solid background in data engineering and data architecture

• Experience with modern data technologies such as Spark, Snowflake, Hadoop

• Proven ability to design and deliver scalable data platforms and analytics

solutions

• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing

concepts

• Experience building frameworks for data quality, auditing, and reconciliation

• Ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Nice to Have:
• Experience working in large, regulated environments

• Exposure to operational or real-time data systems

• Prior experience leading enterprise data platform implementations
