Palantir Foundry Consultant (Full Stack)
Location: Remote, US time zone
Contract – 6 months
The Opportunity
We’re partnered with Rackspace who are a consultancy/integrator heavily involved in Palantir Foundry & AIP to drive real-world, production-grade data and AI use cases.
They’re looking for a well-rounded Palantir Engineer who can operate across the full stack—from data pipelines → application layer → business-facing solutions.
This is not a “certificate-only” role – you’ll be hands-on, building and delivering live use cases that directly impact operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and build end-to-end solutions in Palantir Foundry
- Develop data pipelines using PySpark for large-scale data processing
- Create applications and user interfaces (TypeScript / React) within Foundry
- Leverage AIP to build intelligent, AI-driven workflows and automation
- Integrate Foundry with external systems via APIs
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Contribute to testing, deployment, and CI/CD processes
- Own delivery from MVP → production rollout
Core Skills (Must-Have)
Palantir Foundry/AIP
- Hands-on experience with Foundry (required)
- Exposure to AIP
- Proven ability to build use cases, pipelines, and applications
TypeScript (Application Layer)
- Strong experience with TypeScript
- Frontend development using React (or similar frameworks)
- Ability to build UI + application logic
PySpark (Data Engineering)
- Experience building data pipelines
- Strong ETL / transformation capabilities
- Handling large-scale datasets
Integration & APIs
- API development and system integrations
- Experience connecting Palantir to external platforms
Testing & DevOps
- Unit & integration testing experience
- Understanding of CI/CD and deployment practices
Nice to Have
- Experience in logistics/supply chain environments
- Proven track record delivering MVP → production use cases
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
Experience Required
- 5–8+ years in data engineering / software engineering / Palantir ecosystem
- Strong hands-on production experience (not just training or certifications)
Soft Skills (Critical)
- Strong communication skills (client-facing capability is a big plus)
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Ability to bridge business and engineering teams
- Collaborative mindset with real-time problem solving
