FD Delta – Summary – New York (remote)
You MUST have worked DIRECTLY for Palantir before.
Core role:
The FD Delta is the hands-on builder within our partner – responsible for actually delivering high-quality, production-ready solutions.
- FD Partner = owns business outcomes
- FD Delta = owns build quality, speed, and technical execution
What they do
- Build end-to-end Palantir Foundry & AIP solutions (from use case → production)
- Develop:
- Data pipelines (Pipeline Builder, Code Repos)
- Ontology models (business logic)
- Apps (Workshop, Quiver)
- AI agents (AIP – Agent Studio, Logic, RAG workflows)
- Ensure clean, scalable engineering standards (code quality, documentation, architecture)
- Act as the technical lead within a pod
- Work closely with:
- FD Partner (requirements)
- FD Echo (deployment)
What they need
- Strong in Python, SQL, TypeScript
- Hands-on with Palantir Foundry (core) + exposure to AIP
- Experience building:
- Data pipelines / ETL
- APIs / integrations
- Event-driven / cloud-native systems
- Ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions
Profile
- 2–10+ years experience
- Background in data engineering/full-stack/platform engineering
- Bonus: insurance / utilities experience
